Everything is provided including a full instructional notebook and recipes to take home, along with a jar of each (3 in all). Completely hands-on and lots of fun!

Instructor Lyn Deardorff is a 40-year canner with advanced training in

Food Processing and Preservation from the University of Georgia

and holds a Master Canner Certification from Cornell University Extension Service.
